Refund and Return Policy

30-day money-back guarantee: If you're not happy with your FamilArmy™ set for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition of returns: Please send back the set with all of its parts (every blaster, chest target and strap from your order), in good condition, ideally in its original packaging. The free digital Game Night Mission Pack doesn't need to be returned.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your set arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

How to start a return:

• Email [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
• Ship the set back with a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra business days to show it on your statement.
