Can we play outside?
Yes. The set is made for indoor play and backyard battles.
What batteries does it need?
Each blaster and each target takes 3 AAA batteries. That's 12 for 2 players, 24 for 4, 48 for 8 and 72 for 12.
How do the game modes work?
Single Shot gives 9 shots per load and takes 1 life per hit, while Machine Gun and Laser Gun give 6 shots and take 2. Plasma Gun gives 1 shot and takes 3 lives.
Does it shoot anything?
No. Tags are infrared signals, so there are no pellets, darts or foam, and no beam is visible in the air.
